Oakwood Creative Care welcomes volunteers to a place of passion, creativity, and companionship. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the support of our community to help enhance the quality of life and spark JOY for older adults with cognitive or physical challenges, like Alzheimer’s or other dementia, Parkinson’s, or stroke.

Here are a few areas we are looking for volunteer assistance with. Can you help?

Member Engagement:

• Facilitate a class: Art, Movement, Dance, Music, Chair Yoga, Story Telling, Gardening, etc.
• Teaching Assistant in the Art Studio
• Dining Assistant
