Our History

Located in Sun Lakes, Arizona, this location (formerly known as The Perfect Place) is Oakwood Creative Care’s newest club, designed for adults with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other age-related cognitive or physical challenges. This vibrant location offers a fun, creative, and safe environment for specialized engagement and socialization, perfect for those who do not require additional medical support, such as medication management.
