Welcome to our East Mesa Day Club! Here, older adults facing Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, TBI, and other physical or cognitive challenges related to aging can engage in meaningful activities that inspire movement, foster connections, and provide a sense of purpose.

Our programs are designed to be adaptive and person-centered, catering to the unique needs of each participant, while creating a safe and supportive environment. Whether it’s through art, music, fitness, or lifelong learning, we offer a variety of programs that encourage active participation and community building.

Our History

Located at the West Entrance of the Red Mountain Multi-generational Center, our Red Mountain Day Club is nestled by the lake, within walking distance of Red Mountain Park. Serving the East Valley, including Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and surrounding areas, we offer creative arts and wellness activities designed to engage and stimulate our members.

Since 1999, this newly renovated location provides a comfortable, open floor plan, a new art studio, and a quiet retreat for relaxation and recharge.
