For families and care partners to attend alongside their loved one
Join us for a fun, safe, social, and supportive morning with your loved one living with memory impairment. Enjoy some coffee and a pastry together, followed by a care partner support group while your loved joins an engagement activity. Our team of community partners and dementia experts are here to support you along your dementia journey.
Care Partner Support Group
Free and open to all ages
Connect with other family members and care partners of someone with physical or cognitive challenges due to aging. Join our supportive community to share personal experiences, helpful information, and coping strategies.
COPE Dementia Care Partner Training
In-home training to provide succesful dementia care to a loved one
Work with a COPE trained Occupational Therapist and Nurse Practitioner to learn strategies to help you navigate dementia specific challenges at home.
