Join the Moments Matter Fall 2024 Choir and make memories that’ll be the bee’s knees! Join us in singing our favorite 1950s classics with folks of all ages, including those with memory challenges & their choir buddies. Get hip to the beat with weekly jam sessions leading to the grand finale concert, “At The Hop!”

Weekly rehearsals begin on September 20th at the Dementia Hub! Then, see the cool cats put on their big performance on November 8th at Leisure World in Mesa.
