Care Partner Problem Solving Workshop

Hey, care partner, are you looking for ways to ease your stress with the situation of living with dementia at home? Come to this group-focused workshop, which is based on evidence that is used internationally through the COPE Program. Led by COPE Trained OT and COPE Director, Monika Lukasiewicz, OTR/L.

Hosted every 3rd Tuesday from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at The Dementia Hub by OCC’s Dementia Hub COPE Team.

$25 private pay cost. No cost for those currently in the CMS Model through Oakwood or actively receiving the COPE Program through Medicare Part B at Oakwood.
