The stars were shining bright this weekend during Oakwood Creative Care’s 2022 Moments Matter Gala: Capture The Moment! As the year’s most memorable event has officially come to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to offer a standing ovation to everyone in our community who supported us along the way. Because of YOU, we were able to fundraise a grand total of $116,281 towards sparking joy and creativity for older adults with cognitive and physical challenges!
At Oakwood Creative Care, we believe life is not over because of Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, or stroke. Instead, our adult day club centers provide hope, dignity, care, and purpose beyond a diagnosis. As a nonprofit, we rely on the generous support of our community in order to provide extraordinary care and hope to our members and their families.
