Welcome to
Oakwood Creative Care
Helping older adults live with joy, purpose, and dignity.
Caring for someone with dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, or age-related challenges can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to mean the end of joy, purpose, or connection. At Oakwood Creative Care, we believe there’s still time for creativity, curiosity, laughter, and love. Our innovative, brain-health-focused approach goes beyond traditional adult day and memory care programs, offering life-enriching experiences and expert support for the entire family.
“I am confined to a wheelchair due to a massive stroke. Oakwood has given me a reason to get out of bed in the morning. The activities and people at Oakwood keep me physically and mentally stimulated.”

Joy Is Contagious.
Pass it On!
Every gift you give helps someone live with dignity, purpose, and joy—and that joy has a way of finding its way back to you. Help us bring light to someone’s day, yours included. Your donation is tax-deductible and, if you’re an Arizona resident, it can be matched dollar-for-dollar through the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit—up to $470 for individuals or $938 for couples.
Why Joy Matters
As we grow older, joy is often set aside—replaced by doctor’s visits, diagnoses, and daily challenges. But at Oakwood Creative Care, we believe joy is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.
Everyone deserves the chance to make the most of each day, no matter their age or ability. Even as health and circumstances change, there are always new ways to connect, create, laugh, and feel alive. That’s why our mission is “To enhance the quality of life and spark joy for adults with cognitive and physical challenges“.
Joy brings meaning to the moment—and light to the journey ahead.
"My dad is showing signs of dementia, and this facility watches him, and add extra stimulation for his cognitive health. Also gives my mom a needed break to run some errands, and have some time to herself. Super nice folks."
