Adult Day Care ("Clubs")
Engaging programs for individuals with Dementia, Parkinson’s, and stroke recovery to promote cognitive and physical wellness. Also provides respite for family caregivers.

COPE Program
Care of Older People in their Environment (COPE) is lead by licensed professionals (OTs and NPs) to help individuals maintain safety and wellness in their home.

GUIDE Program
Specialized Physician Support & Care Navigation for family caregivers who are caring for loved ones with Dementia. Includes 24/7 phone helpline and more.

Memory Cafe & Events
Memory Cafe is one of many events that are open to the public for Dementia education and support. Memory Cafe is a weekly family caregiver support group.

Dementia Friendly Training
Local businesses who complete this free training are better-able to serve families living with Dementia and get special recognition via display badge and directory listing.
As a nonprofit organization, we provide care and support to seniors, veterans, and those with various age-related physical and cognitive challenges to continue living in their homes and enjoying all that each new day can offer.
